This jeweler's online services suck big time! I can't return an item without having to pay for return postage AND a $15 restocking fee!!! I can't take it to the store because it's an online purchase. Also, when trying to call in to customer service if no one picks up the phone it goes to voice mail, but they don't always call back right away so you have to keep calling until you get someone. There are many other nicer and more convenient places to make jewelry purchases without having to go through all this hassle!
