Daniel Ziskin practices law in the areas of plaintiff personal injury, adoptions and surrogacy. He is a sustaining member of both the American Association for Justice and Arizona Attorneys for Justice (AzAJ/AzTLA). He is a member of the AzAJ Board of Directors, past membership chairman of AzTLA as well as a member of the seminar and membership committees and the Phoenix Trial Lawyers Board. He has been a member of the Seminar and Learn at Lunch committees for the last 30 years. Dan is a past president of the Phoenix Trial Lawyers Board. He is a member of the Maricopa County Bar Association and has been the co-chair of the Bar Bench Committee of the Maricopa County Superior Court. Dan is a fellow of the Arizona Bar Foundation and a member of the State Bar of Arizona. Dan has been practicing plaintiffs personal injury law since 1981 in Arizona. Dan has also practiced adoption and surrogacy law nationally, and within Arizona, since 1982. He has participated in more than 2000 adoptions as attorney for adoptive persons, adoptive couples, or birth parents. He has participated in numerous surrogacy cases as well over the last two decades. He has been a fellow of the American Academy of Adoption Attorneys since its inception. He recently helped found the American Academy of Reproductive Technology Attorneys. He has represented the Maricopa County Bar Association before the Legislature regarding adoption matters and was a member of multiple committees which redrafted Arizona's adoption laws over the last 30 years. Dan is AV Preeminent rated by Martindale Hubble and has been admitted to practice law in Arizona since 1975. He is also admitted to practice in the District Court of Arizona, 9th Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.
