Wonderful fast service. by Free is really free here! - 11/27/2009
My washer was stuck shut with my kids Halloween costumes in it. They came right out and got out the Halloween costumes. The fixed the machine. Wonderful people!

Beware outrageous repair charge. Feel like I was lied to.‎ by Dustin - 10/26/2009
I just wanted to warn everybody from my experience. I called Dans Maytag/Appliance service to have them come look at my refridgerator. They quoted me a $70 service call/diagnosis fee. I asked the lady if any of the $70 goes towards actual repair costs if I go ahead with the repair and she said that it did. So I went ahead and scheduled with them. I had already gotten a quote from ASI Appliance service and was quoted $85.00 for service call, diagnosis and repair. And parts would be extra. Well it turns out that Dans Appliance Service ended up charging my wife $70 service call, $45.00 repair charge (for 10 minutes worth of work), and $45.00 parts. Making the repair total $115 + $45 parts. It ended up being $30 more than ASI quoted me. Honestly I am mostly ticked that I was lied to. And they would not credit me any part of the $70 like the lady that scheduled my appointment said they would. They ended up having to call me back and made up a story that the repair charge was really $120 (ri
