DAKA Metal Fabricators was established in 1977. Our 25,000 sq. ft. fabricating facility is located in Pine City, MN., just 60 miles north of the Twin Cities. DAKA has a reputation in the construction industry as a quality structural steel and miscellaneous metal fabricator. We are a full service company with in house CAD drafting, press, shear, welding, and all around facility for steel and aluminum, including joist and deck. We are proud of our past projects, some of which are commercial buildings, schools, nursing homes, and county buildings. One of our projects with, not only the structural components, but also its ornate rails with gold plated medallions is the Fairbault High School in Fairbault, MN. This $35.7 million project, 259,000 sq. ft. of floor space lasted 1 1/2 years. Another project was the Red Wing Senior High School in Red Wing, MN. This $26 million, 267,000 sq. ft. project took 2 years.
