Installation
DB Mist Systems carries and installs 316L Stainless Steel atomizing line. Stainless Steel systems are by far the strongest and most durable mist systems made. We exclusively install 316L Stainless Steel systems in the Phoenix, Arizona metropolitan area.

Be cautious of PVC, polyurethane, or polyethylene mist systems! (They leak and fall apart, ordinarily within a few months.) With bulk purchasing DB Mist Systems is able to offer 316L Stainless Steel mist system at extremely competitive prices. The Stainless Steel systems are installed by DB Mist Systems with medium or high pressure pumps only.

Installation Directions
The actual installation of most mist systems is pretty simplistic. The main objective is to provide effective and even distribution of the mist. Existing structures, and system mounting capability are primary considerations. In addition, it is recommended that the tubing always flow downhill from the mist line to the pump to ensure complete drainage each time the system is turned off. This is accomplished by strategically inserting auto drain valves at the in the system Feed line as low as possible.
Additional installation considerations include: - It is always best if the pump is located as close to the power supply as possible and that the water is plumbed to that location. Ensure that the pump is supplied by an adequately sized breaker and that it is on it's own circuit.
