We have been using the plumbing and heating services of Czapp and Giifith for our plumbing and hvac needs for over fifteen years and couldn't be more pleased. They have given us very prompt service and their expert staff is happy to answer any questions.

Have nothing but good experiences with them. Their secretary is very kind and professional on the phone. Give them a call for any heating, cooling, or plumbing need.

There was a plumber from this company in our basement today, hooking up a water meter in the midst of our home being connected to the public sewer. When he was gone (I thought he left for the day) I went down to start some laundry and our basement had 2 inches of water in it. We didn't know where it had come from and no one to ask. So we started cleaning in up and dumping it outside..when I went out, there he was getting ready to come back in. I asked him if he was here to clean up the water? I thought maybe something happened that he could tell us. He said no he wasn't. I said well where did it come from, and he said it came through the basement door. It was raining all day. I said that much water couldn't have come through the door and he said it did and I'm not cleaning it up. I have lived here 7 years and have never had that kind of water in my basement. He must have left the door open. Even if it did come in through the door he didn't think enough of us as a customer or our belongings in the basement getting soaked to come upstairs and tell us. That is POOR service in my book. This is the 2nd time they have been here and left things a mess. I would never use them again and because I rent this house I have no choice. When we do own a home, they will never be called out. That is just rude. I could never watch someone's basement flood and not say anything. as I'm typing this my husband just said that the tech told the people next door that he must have left the door open and water got in. so there ya go. He didn't tell us that but he told them that and refused to clean up the mess he had caused. Need I say anything more!!

They were here within an hour on one of the hottest days of the year. The serviceman was knowledgeable and willing to share helpful tips for routine maintenance. In and out quickly, very efficient. I will definitely call them for my next routine maintenance!
