They gave my dog an injection and that evening he just about died, he had never had reaction from injections prior.

Ive taken 3 animals here, including my guinea pig. Unfortunately, my little dog was sicker than I had known but they did the best they could for him. Dr. Riveria showed knowledge and compassion in dealing with my Shih Tzu and congestive heart failure. I was also able to take care of his cremation through their office using a 3rd party. My heart is still broken almost 3 weeks later, but I know she did her best for him.

We have not been in the area long and chose to got with this office due to location. We are happy with the professionalism and the staff are amazing and accommodating. We have used them for routine and emergency situations and they have been excellent both times.

For over 6 years we have used Cypress Lakes for veterinary services. We feel very disappointed with, in our opinion, the handling and care of our pets, that has occurred after the change in Doctors, 4 years ago. The level of professionalism has been very saddening. We have experienced unfriendly staff, rushed appointments, feeling unwelcome in the examining room, unnecessary rough handling during nail clipping from staff that should recognize the signs of animal stress before a dog nips. We highly recommend checking Animal Control for referrals to other vets in the area

Dr. Wofford is an amazing veterinarian. She has always provided the best quality care for my furry family members. I wouldn't take my pets any place else!

Dr. Burris is one of the most caring and compassionate veterinarians that I have ever used. We recently lost our 11 year old dog and Dr. Burris was there from the time she was diagnosed with her illness to her last day.I would highly recommend Dr. Burris for any of your Veterinary needs.

We recently had to take our one year old sheltie to Dr Burris at Cypress Lakes. She had scabs on her nose and was acting run down. They were able to get us in on the same day an fit us in the next day for minor surgery. The morning I dropped her off for surgery, Dr Burris came out to talk to us and I expressed concern about my pups potty habits, she had not been that morning. Dr Burris took her outside herself and massaged her until she urinated. Dr. Burris is excellent at commiucating, in the past week she has called a dozen times with information regarding test results, questions and concerns, or just plain asking how our pup was doing. She is by far the best vet we have ever used! Our dog was eventually diagnosed with an autoimmune disease affecting her skin which will require lifelong treatment. I feel comfortable with Dr Burris treating her and even more at ease knowing she is consulting with the veterinary dermatologist at NC State. I highly recommend this office!
