Same thing happened to me. 3 weeks ago I ordered a canopy - allegedly some "rebate program through Lithia." Stupidly last week I ordered equipment from my truck. Excuses are all I got today. Don tells me the guy who owns the credit card machine closed the account and took the money. Don offers me a "custom shell" worth more than what I originally ordered because the shell didn't fit the last customer's vehicle. He tells me to dispute it with the bank and come back tomorrow with a check.......hmmmm, check this: HELL NO, I WON'T BE BACK!!!!! Rip off scammers.

My story is real similar to the 1st two reviews. My hope is that this business ceases to exists. The absolute falsehoods that this fellow orchestrates is unbelievable. Do not believe what he tries to sell to you in terms of service. I paid in full for a canopy that the manufacturer did not make. More than once, I was assured that the canopy was on the next truck. Did not happen. He did manage to get me an "inventory canopy" that was to be a used until I received what I paid in full. After 9 months, it became apparent that I was not going to get what I ordered. I then asked if he could outfit the inventory canopy with the options that I paid in full. Bring it on over and we can do that. 2 years and 2 months later, it still sat on a rack with an attempt a carpeting of the interior. I ordered a high rise with carpeting, slider, and a roof rack. None of those options other than a pathetic attempt at the carpeting on a cab high inventory canopy were accomplished in the 2 years and 2 months. I am to blame because I believed the countless excuses for the lack of work. Run, Run is not strong enough to avoid dealing with this rip-off of a company. I really hope that nobody has to go through the frustration that I have experienced. Find somebody else no matter what is quoted by this "company". It will cost me an additional $900 for the desired options. I did not even come close to saving any money dealing with man.
RUN FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered a canopy from TNT and was told had to get it on the next trailor out so need to order now and will have it in 2 weeks. Of course they need to be paid in full before ordering. Long story short lots and lots of promises and 6 weeks later no canopy and so I just filed a claim against the company. RUN RUN from this company very shady lots of promises and no product.

This guy (Don) lied to me repeatedly, and when I asked a construction contractor where he got his camper,he told me it was from this place and strongly advised me to AVOID this business because he was lied to repeatedly. I was told my camper shell would be ready to be installed in 2 weeks. Then it was 2 business weeks. Then the company was working at capacity and was having a hard time filling the order. Called on a monday and was told it was in Redding, and they would try to get it through tonite. Friday arrived and he never called,as I was assured he would when the shell arrived. This is about 1 1/2 months after he billed my card. Called Visa and told them he refused to deliver my product and to refund the charge.Still have not heard from him.Imagine if there was a problem with the shell and I needed him to make it right...DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS GUY. He has changed the name of his business several times, probably to escape pissed off vendors and customers alike.

Last fall my daughter and son-in-law broke down after shredding two trailer tires on the right side of my pop-top trailer while trailering in Oregon. They were towed to Custom Truck & Trailer. The proprietor, Don, said that one axle hub was bent and that the entire axle needed to be replaced. In addition, the rear trailer bumper was broken and the running lights were not working. I discussed the problem with Don over the phone (I live in Seattle) and he gave me an estimate. He had to order the axle, and in the meantime his mechanic repaired the lights and re-welded the bumper (nice guy, too). When the axle was received, Don arranged for the trailer to be towed to Portland for a very reasonable charge. I picked up the trailer and found all the repairs to be complete and professionally done. The total charge was what was originally estimated (a reasonable figure). I was extremely pleased with the entire process, especially given the fact that it was carried out over the phone.
