Customer oriented business, with quality craftsmanship, and prices that can't be beat! by mark - 11/07/2009
We recently had new granite countertops installed by Custom Creative Marble and Granite Inc. and I would like to tell you how please we were with the experience right from the inital meeting to the installation of our countertops, which took 1 1/2 weeks from start to finsih. Praveen runs a very professional, customer oriented business, with quality craftsmanship, and prices that can't be beat. We shopped around a considerable amount before deciding on a company to do our countertops and no one could come close to the Custom Creative Marble and Granite prices. Praveen will personally walk you through the entire process and will accompany you when you pick the acutal slab or slabs of granite to be crafted for your countertops. I would highly recommend this company and we personally will be doing business with Praveen again in the very near future, as we plan to have him do a bathroom remodel. You can price around with the Home Depots, Lowes, Great Indoors etc. but you won,t find

My wife and I had been talking about new kitchen counter tops for quite a while. We decided to learn more about the project and ended up getting several quotes. We found Custom Creative on Dex and gave them a call. Praveen was quick to make himself available for a quote. Praveen guaranteed his work and offered his substantial referral book as evidence. Praveen was professional and gave us some new ideas the other companies had not. When we received the quote we were happy to see that Custom Creative was more than competitive and when all was taken into consideration, by far the best choice. Dear Praveen, Thank you so very much for our beautiful countertops! Our kitchen is gorgeous! I had been looking at the ‘big box stores’, Lowes and Home Depot, and wasn’t happy with what I was hearing. I also found their selections limiting. I decided to do an internet search to see if I could do better. I could-I found you! Praveen, Not only could you beat the length of time it took to install new countertops (only one week), but you beat the price, the quality and service. Silestone can be found at a big box store but the quality of their countertops compared to the one you installed for me isn’t the same. I could easily see and feel the seams at the big box store. I don’t know where they are on mine-it seems-seamless! Unlike the big box stores, if I had a question all I had to do was pick up and phone and call you. Wonderful service! My wife and I have had the worst luck with many contractors in the past. We were about to give up on hiring people to do our remodeling and then we got LUCKY. We found Praveen, what a blessing. We were looking to re-do our upstairs bathrooms and wanted engineered stone counter tops in both. We thought we knew what we wanted but Praveen had so much experience and talent that he led us in an entirely different direction and we ended up with granite. He was so patient with us and let us roam around the showroom until we had picked out a couple of possibilities. He worked with us until we finally settled on one call Volcano; it is beautiful. Something you will not see elsewhere in all the track homes. He worked on the price so it fit into our budget. He made several trips to our home to show us products, make sure the measurements were correct and then to check on the installation. Custom Creative Marble & Granite recently completed the installation of tile and granite in my home. I am so pleased that I selected Praveen Puranam and his company. Praveen worked with me from start to finish. We had excellent communication during the process. Praveen frequently gave me updates, was always available for questions, and regularly came onsite throughout the project. Praveen and all of his staff working the job were extremely skilled and professional. They met their commitments on a daily basis. This included working through a very challenging job of removing old tile from a wood subfloor. The results are outstanding! I would use Custom Creative Marble & Granite again for my tile and granite projects!

We were looking for quotes to get granite countertops for our kitchen and a couple of bathrooms. Custom Creative was one of the people that we checked with. Praveen spent time with us to make sure he understood our needs and was very forthcoming with suggestions even when that meant a lower invoice for him. We chose to go with Custom Creative based on the testimonials and the price quote. We couldn't have made a better decision. Praveen and his crew made sure we were happy with every step - beginning with choosing the granite, through picking the tiles for the backsplash to the actual layout of the granite and tile. Praveen & his crew are fantastic workers! We have had our floors, granite kitchen & now
master shower and small bathroom done by them. He has so much knowledge on all the work, its amazing! He puts a lot of attention of choosing the right slabs and edging in the kitchen. Knows exactly what we wanted in the shower. It is so beautiful how it was put together! He gets everyone to work in a timely unit. Keeps in contact & lets us know what will happen next. We are extremely happy with their work. They go above & beyond!
