I bought one of the expensive mattresses because of my bad back. That thing didn't last even 3 years. My back started to hurt when I laid on the mattress and it didn't matter on which part of the mattress I laid. Because this set was SUPPOSED to have a warranty I called to get this issue fixed. Two shady looking guys showed up that made me feel so uncomfortable that I left my door open. They "checked out" the mattress by feeling it and claimed that it wasn't in that bad of shape so all they could do was stuff the mattress and make it a little more firm, but it would cost me $200 for the pick up and return or IF he truck "just HAPPENED" to be in my area they would only charge me $100 for pick up. I was so disgusted with their treatment that I flat out said NO! I ended up donating the mattress set to Salvation Army and bought a Temperpedic. So far so good with this purchase. The custom comfort company displays themselves as a christian company. They're no better than the rest of the money grubbing, sleazy, sales world. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Buyer beware!!!
