Business owner does not keep track of jobs and make call confirmations

I needed tree work done within a week and a half and granted there were some rainy days that put his jobs behind, but I received no confirmation and had to call him. He did not show up the first day and when I called he apologized and said he would come out a few days later. I called to confirm the next appt. the morning of, and he did not answer. I called an hour later and he said he just got in his truck and was just getting his messages. This was a whole hour after he was supposed to be here! He didn't even try to call and let me know he was running behind in his jobs again and even recognize me as one of his customers. Bad move to try and book them!
