David was a long- time Chairman of the Board for the Red Cross making it one of the most successful chapters in SW Washington, past President and current member of the West Olympia Rotary Club which raises money for many local concerns, contributor to the youth programs at the YMCA and various other charities. He is also a member of the Olympia Downtown Association.. Mr. Cullen served on the Washington State Bar Association's Disciplinary Board and became Chairman of same.
