Five reasons cleaning companies fail

Poor customer service.
Not listening to what the customer really wants.
Too much focus on sales and profits.
Lack of employee training.

I truly believe what motivational speaker Zig Ziglar says: “If you give enough other people what they want, you will get what you want.” By helping to educate potential clients and taking a sincere interest in their needs we have built a successful service business for almost three decades.

So, yes in a way our motive for giving free information and educating others is somewhat selfish. By building rapport and good working relationships in the community others get what they want and eventually we get, well, you understand.
