Unbelievable exp with managment very bad by kaos - 09/22/2008BAD BAD Very bad Managment went in with good thoughts with my sister and husband until there was issue with wrong tea ordered. we ask for two pom teas when they came with our refills we realized the refills were the pom and the first were reg raspberry. and they charge for each. i asked if they could remove the first two teas off the bill and there response was "well you drank them" said the female server, After the manager came to the table with a fake attitude asking about the food and we all replied with ok excellent and then he brought up the iisue and his response was unbelievable he was a black man and argued about the issue stating over and over "Well you drunk it " I had to inform him well yes we did but thinking it was what we ordered until the server asked us if we liked a refill of the flavor we did order this man was so rude couldnt understand that he was arguing about a 2.00 drink manager ruin our meal after his display. empty on a sat, should have chossen a spot @ palms
