Anthony Cross is a bankruptcy Attorney with a Pueblo and Colorado Springs office to serve you. The Cross Law Firm files bankruptcies for people like you.
FACTS:
You can STILL file Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies.
Yes, our prices are reasonable, and yes, we give you LEGAL ADVICE, which paralegals by law cannot do.
Yes, we can discharge credit card debt.
Yes, we can discharge medical bill debt.
Yes, we can discharge money owed to insurance companies and this sometimes gets you your license back!
Yes, you can refer creditors to us(and stop talking to them) when you retain us for as little as $200. Retain us before a lawsuit is filed and usually this saves you more time before they file a lawsuit.
Yes, we believe in total liquidation of debt if at all possible, and if that does not work for you, we will help you find the bankruptcy that is best and least expensive for you.
Yes, you can still usually keep your vehicles and your home.
Chapter 7 or 13?
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Chapter 7 or Chapter 13? We file both, depending on the situation. If you have filed a previous bankruptcy, you may need to file a Chapter 13. If you have too much income, a 13 may be in your future. If you want to save a foreclosure, a 13 may be your best choice. If you have too many assets, or the wrong asset, a 13 may be the way to go. But if you have a lot of debts and your income is insufficient, you may qualify for Chapter 7 bankruptcy.
You need to know that upon being injured you are up against professional and that their intention is to settle your claim as inexpensively as possible. THe insurance company inevitably has a totally different idea of what is "Fair" than you do.Money. I realize that money is the whole problem here, but our firm allows you to retain us for very little, thus giving your creditors something to think about, and many times they take the reasoned approach that since this person has spent money on a bankruptcy attorney, then maybe it would be a good idea to give this person a couple of months to file... before the creditor throws more money on this case. If you have a fire consuming cash, sometimes the answer to stopping the bleeding is not to throw more cash on the fire...
So they wait a while for you to file the bankruptcy. Will they do this if they have already filed a lawsuit? No. They have already spent all the money they will need to file. It will not save them money by stopping. They will not stop then until you force them to with a
bankruptcy filing number. So, if you are going to file bankruptcy and need to buy some time before you file, get to us before you
are sued
