I agree 100% with the other review. We woke up one morning to make our one month old a bottle only to find our water had been shut off. After speaking to the rude woman on the phone who couldn't care less about any one we were forced to pay a late fee of $5 and a reconnection fee of $40. Now our bill is typically due on the 3rd and this being july they are not open durring a holliday nor on the weekend. so after only two business days late they cut off our water. Not acceptable. When I spoke with the rude lady on the phone she told me it was mu fault and that there was nothing she could do because it would not be fair to the ppl who actually pay their bills. Needless to say we are very upset with this poor excuse for a business.

This is one of the poorest opperated companies I have ever hade the displeasure of dealing with and I hear the same thing, if you have a problem the women do absoluttly nothing to address it or even check into it. but tell you its your fault or responsibillity. You will come home and have no water for you are your children, find out that it has been turnd off, "well I have not recived a bill"..." thats not our problem"... now you have to drive down pay your $22.00 bill and another $40.00. Ask the women to check their list and they don't do squat. You think that they have and come home one day and NO water. Then same thing they say "I know" without checking or anything. So what can a person due. Now again my $20 somthing dollar bill is now $60 somthing or no water. Its a good scam for some non caring, greedy, bitter women who don't give a flip and won't connect you to someone who will.
