Welcome to Croissant & Co.! We are that little place on the corner of High and Ferry in downtown Salem, OR. Come by at 6:00 A.M. Monday through Friday for our freshly baked pastries, croissants, or breakfast sandwiches. By 10:00 A.M. our soups are ready and you can order a sandwich anytime to take with you. Saturdays we do not open until 8:00 A.M. May through October we are open at 9:00 A.M. at the Salem Saturday Market, with hot breakfast and coffee served Al Fresco located on Summer Street…
