Best Vet Care by katwebber - 09/04/2009
I have been a customer for about 10 years and Dr. Mike and his staff are the best! The staff really cares about you and your pet and go out of their way on every visit. I would never go anywhere else!!

My dear life companion "Lady" is almost 15 yrs. old and started bleeding from her nose this summer and her hair started falling out/off. I work and so I took my lunch hour and went to my old clinic (All Valley) but they refused to see Lady before her apptm't at 4:30! I was so disappointed and walked out. On my way home I passed the Critter Clinic. I walked in and was greeted by a pleasant receptionist who instantly sensed something serious was wrong with Lady. She said, "just a minute please," and within 3 minutes I was met by Dr. Susan Dennison, DVM, She took Lady right in and said I could pick her up on my ;way home. I was so relieved and left feeling like I had finally found a Vet I could rely on. I came back before 6 p.m. and Dr. Dennison met with me for 15-20 min. and gave me the options and started her on a Prescription immediately. She was very kind and thorough and I could not be more pleased with a Vet Clinic than I am with "Critter Clinic" and highly recommend them!
