I have to shop at Crimson Ridge each time I come home to Rockford. All staff have been helpful and friendly, especially with Pandora and jewelry, my favorites.

I have shopped here several times and they have always been helpful & courteous. The owner often spends a lot of time chatting with me while they beautifully wrap my purchase. As far as the person who complained about not being able to return a purse after the time limit, when your Mom ships you a gift, tell her you love it, even if you'd prefer long handles rather than short. How sad.

I've been treated like gold when I've been in there....not only by the workers but the owner as well. And believe me, I do not look like I have money. Usually in sweats when I'm out and about.

the workers and owners of this store are absolutely rude. they have racial profiled many of my family members and treated them as if they were unwanted in the store. i will never shop there again.

A friend of mine purchased Pandora bracelet after the loss of my infant son. I was a memorial bracelet that didnt last a year before the clasp broke. I brought it in to Crimson Ridge to have it returned and receieve a new one. HAHAHAHA im still waiting its been over a year. The lady at the Pandora desk either has a chip on her shoulder because i dont have the Crimson Ridge LOOK! Whatever i will never again step foot in that judemental shop. She always brushes me off by saying ill check on it and call u. a year and ahalf later, im still waiting on the phone call. Will tell all my friend, family and co workers how unhappy i am. BAHHHHHH HumBUGGGGGGG

THINK TWICE about purchasing anything from this store. My mother has been a regular shopper at the store, my father shops there for my mother's gifts, and when I am home visiting, I have purchased many items there. Most recently, my mother bought a Longchamps bag for me and sent it to me out of state. I preferred a bag with long handles and mailed it back. She recently sought an exchange--the second purse would have cost her additional money--but because the initial purchase was more than 30 days ago, they refused. She DID have the receipt, she explained this was something that she didn't have access to return, but the clerks (and owner, who was called) were unwilling to exchange it. I hope everyone will BOYCOTT THIS STORE. If you are looking for holiday presents--particularly purses that someone might want to exchange for another style, look online. There is nothing there that can't be found online, and with far better service. You won't find a personal touch there!
A Shopping Experience like no other!!!!!

A freind who used to live by Crimson Ridge took us there to shop yesterday. Our experience was so awesome and overwhelming I cannot begin to describe it. We came home with many treasures, plus many new friends, their salespeople were very helpful, not to mention the awesome job Chris did wrapping a present for my friend. Can't wait to share the store with more of our friends from Geneseo!!!

Yesterday I bought several items. Part of my purchase was for a present. They made the presentation look better than the gift. The time given to detail was amazing.I also bought an item that needed to be delivered. It was delivered today--on time and placed exctly where I wanted it.Read some of the other reviews and find them interesting. I go shopping in an old sweatshirt and sneakers. Sometimes I look more like a homeless person. I do this because its comfortable AND because I can get a sense of the dynamics of the store. I was attired in my usual sweatshirt yesterday....and I was not treated any differently than any one else. This was BEFORE I made my purchase.I love this store!!!!!!
