Description

Basic Cremation Package Includes:

Transportation from the place of death
Preparing & filing the death certificate
Obtaining necessary permits/authorizations
Placing obituary, if desired
Notifying Social Security
The Cremation process
Plastic Container for the cremated ashes
Total cost is $1,295 plus $25 cremation permit fee and any extras

Not Included:

Any newspaper charges for obituaries
Cremation permit fee ($25.00)
Certified copies of the death certificate
Additional transportation from outside the Twin Cities metro ($2.00/mile one-way)
Any additional staff services requested
Any additional use of facilities
