Disappointed by Sorry - 03/06/2009This place really needs to get organized and on the ball. I dropped off three small parts two weeks ago, spoke to her on Monday when she said they would be done on Wednesday at noon and they still weren't done today. She did ok on my first two orders but really dropped the ball on this one.
