Everything went great from start to finish!

First, everyone in the office is polite and friendly. Lance the owner did the measuring of my shower space. He was very thorough with measuring (he not only brought a measuring tape, but also a level and wedges to ensure a proper fit (very nice man). Once my order came in they came to install my shower enclosure. The workers were very courteous and neat (they brought blankets and were careful to keep things clean). Everything went smooth and I really really love my new shower! I would call them again in a heart beat if I every need any more work done; wonderful company to work with!! Wish they had a place to up load pictures here as I would be happy to show off my new shower!

I called and gave the details of what work I needed. I was told they would get back to me shortly with a rough estimate and then take measurements if it was what I expected. After several calls and being told they would again get back to me. I never received the estimate and not one of my calls were returned. This is one company that I believe has no concept of how to treat a customer.

Highly recommend them!! After the shower was done like they said I should do it (which was 110% right) it looked awesome... after a reguest to add an outside handle. they agreed to come all the way back and install one,,, Nothing but happy to make me a satisfied customer. when I do my other shower they are definetly getting my business!! If only all vendors with this easy to deal with!!Thanks for a great job!

Stay away, unless you enjoy being treated like garbage. Upon entering this businee establishment for the purpose of purchasing 6 glass shelves for a wall unit we are building, my wife and I spoke to a woman who was very pleasant. Unable to answer our question, she asked another individual. Never have I have never been treated so rudely by someone from whom from whom I had intended to make a purchase. To my simple question concerning how thick a glass shelf would have to be in relation to depth I was told this knowledge would not be shared unless I first guiaranteed that the glass would be purchased from him. A deposit would be required. No price range was indicated, no courtesy was shown, no deal was the result. Here is my guarantee: I will advise everyone I know in Southwest Florida about this experience and suggest that they do their business elsewhere!
