Good, and honest by dinobot1965 - 02/28/2008I've used Crawford Doors twice. The first time for a broken spring. I had called another company to fix it, but when they showed up they tried to tell me I needed to replace a bunch of door hardware in addition to getting the spring replaced. We told him to leave, and my wife called Crawford. They showed up right away, inspected the door, told us all we needed was two new springs since the door was a 16' door, and fixed it.The second time I called them was when my garage door got stuck and the top panel got bent as a result. The serviceman showed up, inspected the door, and told me the easiest way to fix it at a minimal price. It took him all of 30 minutes to repair the door. In addition, he oiled all the door parts and explained to me when to, and how often to oil the door.When it comes time to buy new doors for the garage, I plan on calling Crawford.I highly recommend this company.
