We were lucky the job was completed. They built our boat dock. Make sure you triple ck the contract. We were given a copy of the contract and asked to sign a copy. The copy we signed was not the same and that was our mistake. Don agreed to minor changes and later denied agreeing to them. They damaged our sprinkler system and took no responsibility claiming their was no proof it was working prior to the construction.



Most importantly, hold back money on the final payment for any items they would consider Knock list Items. Once you make the final payment the service ends.



I would use them again, however, the contract would be detailed down to the number of bolts with a detailed completion schedule and penalties for not meeting completion deadlines.

DONT USE THEM. They built the metal roof on our dock and we have had nothing but problems. The owners Don and Pat refuse to do anything about it. I now have to hire someone else to fix it. The gutters are falling off and the corners are lifting. They also did dock work and it cost me over $5000 to re do what they screwed up. And yes, They refuse to make it right..... The list goes on.
