I had more than six years of wear on my carpet when I called Craftsmen. It was dingy, stained from kids and pets, and crushed in front of doorways. What a difference Craftsmen made�I was truly amazed by the job Russ did! My carpet absolutely looks brand new and, as a result, makes my entire house look fresh and clean just in time for spring! In addition to the quality work, the service was excellent. Just one day after I called, Russ came out to give me a quote on the job, we scheduled a day for the cleaning, and he arrived promptly at 9:00am, as we had agreed. If I had known that I could get my carpets looking brand new again at such a reasonable price, I would have done it a lot sooner! I will definitely use them again, and I have already recommended them to my friends and family in the area.

I highly recommend Craftsmen Carpet Care. Mr. Russ Branson, Owner/Operator, has many years of experience in this business. He possesses up-to-date training and certification, and the necessary skills to solve the many challenges encountered while cleaning carpet, upholstery, area rugs and tile surfaces. Russ is also very skilled at carpet repairs. He understands the complexities of coloring and dyes, the causes of soiling and spots, and the many fiber and fabric materials of both old and new products.Mr. Branson has cleaned and made repairs in my home on numerous occasions. Each time, he has exceeded my expectations. Quality of work, and customer service are of utmost importance to him. I would choose no one else but Craftsmen Carpet Care, and I would encourage you to call Russ Branson for all of your cleaning needs in your home or business.
