I wish I could give less than 1 star. This man was so condescending over the pone. My van had a weird problem that no parts shop or dealer could identify (old van). Most people told me not to deal with this guy (TIM COVEY).But I called him anyway. I emailed him photos of the part I needed replaced, and he assured me he knew what needed to be done (even though all the parts shops and dealers in my town admitted clueless-ness). TIM COVEY wanted me to give him my credit card # over the phone. I told him my car wouldn't start and I couldn't drive the 50 miles to pick up the part. He said, "well, I can leave it outside for you". How does that help?I had my husband call back the next day. Tim Covey treated my husband with as much disrespect as he treated me. We were on our last leg and he PROMISED us it was the right part. He has a full $ back gaurantee (just check his website-wink wink). But, after we paid for it, he said "You own it now".It was the wrong part.I emailed him to let him k

coveys sold me a faulty part then were quite rude and refused to make it right when I brought it back. Their web page says they have a 90 day guarantee but that's not true.

I really needed some parts for my RX7, I couldn't believe how many things they had and when they were shipped to me I was amazed at the condition! The guy on the phone was very helpful and even gave me a tip on how to fix one of the parts I needed! Calling Covey's was the best! Definitely would recommend them to anyone who needs a Mazda part, great experience all around.
DO NOT GO!!!

He will try to sucker you into buying the part he "knows" you need.He failed at this for me and my car. When I mentioned it, he was rude to me.When I sarcastically remarked how he had wasted my time and money, he began to hassle me via e mail. Does an auto shop get any worse than this?
