I'm very disappointed with this office. You cannot get through to the agent on his phone and he will not response back to you even with email. While we are waiting to submit a contract on a home, we are required to get an LSR from countrywide. We are losing the opportunity to get a house, because they will not respond. Our broker can't even get a hold of him. I don't feel that they have the care and concern of a business for those that they are working for.
