Countryside Construction, LLC started in 2006 as a result of the high demand for rehab houses. Don Germann, owner, was in real estate investment prior to this time and was purchasing homes, fixing them and selling them. He started getting requests to do the same for his friends and family which led to starting the construction company. Countryside Construction, LLC has since been specializing in working with home owners, banks and real estate agents in getting a home ready to sell. This work has of course led to other ventures such as new home construction, kitchen and bath remodels, interior finishing and flood repair.

Two years ago, Don did a bathroom remodel that needed to be accessible (low shower threshold). He found Best Bath Systems of Idaho and instantly could see the benefit for those with accessibility needs to stay in their own homes as they age. Aging in place is now the goal for most in our area, especially when knowing that every day 10,000 people for the next 19 years will reach the age of 65. Don, Peggy and Kendreah have all been to Idaho to participate in Best Bath training. The product is American made and the highest quality making it a superior product.
