Our philosophy: Country Kids is dedicated to work with the whole child, understanding that children are part of family and community, and that parents are the first and most important teacher in the child's life. We offer resources, support, and empowerment to all parents in that role. Country Kids is committed to serving all children who enter our program, even those with challenging behaviors. We use developmentally appropriate universal guidance techniques by modeling non-violent solutions to decrease challenging behaviors. Physical and verbal punishment are not be used.



All of our Pre-School Lead Teachers have at least minimum Early Child Education Vocational Teacher Certificates and we encourage all of our staff to continue their education. They each devote at least one half-day per week in curriculum planning. We are the only pre-school in the area with a full-time Program Supervisor who oversees curriculum training, with follow-up observation in the classroom. Categories:   Child Care Centers
