Buyers beware.... the flowers you order based on the online pictures will not look the same upon delivery. When we called to comment on the horrible arrangement, we were told they didn't have the flowers in stock to look like the online picture along with several other excuses. Why would you take an order you cannot complete?? While talking to Sandy re the terrible arrangement delivered to my Mom for her birthday their was a woman in the background making comments about how difficult of a customer I was being and they would not re-deliver flowers today on my mom's birthday but instead wait until tomorrow. Sandy also said she could not guarantee that the new arrangement would look any better since they did not have the flowers after just completing an order for a funeral. DO NOT waste your hard earned money here.

I use this florist every occasion I can. I live in California but have tons of relatives in Grand Junction. Everyone should make them their first choice!

Two months before our wedding, I decided to order high quality faux flowers for my bouquets, 3 corsages, as well as a small arrangement for the memorial we were going to have. So we canceled everything in our Country Elegance order except for items x and y--everything but two items.

The inlaws picked up the flowers for us (since for some reason they don't deliver on a regular Saturday?), and to our dismay the florist had still included 3 corsages and TWO memorial arrangements. Apparently they don't listen very well when you call to cancel half of your order. No wonder why our bill was higher than we thought it should be! We ended up with SIX items instead of TWO! We only ordered one memorial to begin with, and they gave us TWO after canceling it! On top of that, the flowers for the corsages were wilty and one of them never opened at all so it wasn't able to be used.

After calling to complain, and the woman saying "yeah, I think I remember you saying something like that...." (about canceling everything except items x and y), we got a measly $55 credit back.

We won't be recommending CE to anyone as far as we're concerned. I gave 2 stars instead of one (or zero if that was possible) because as far as the flowers were concerned--except for the corsages--the flowers were ok. But we didn't appreciate paying an extra $200+ for our flowers because of THEIR mistake.

My daughter goes to College and I am far away from her. it is her birthday today. I could not find a flower shop that would deliver to her college. I was so frustrated untill I called Country Elegance they were very,very polite it was no problem to deliver and just wanted to make the design the flowers how i wanted (even though) Im far away.They are very,very kind and so helpful. The best in town and I will keep using this flower shop...I recommend it to any one that needs a flower shop inGrandjuntion Co They are the best

Calling from California to order flowers in Colorado is a little unusual, then I have another unusual request. I called 3 florists in the area, trying to fill my requests, they all refused until I found Country Elegance, they not only filled my unusual requests, but did it happily, with no hesitation. These guys are great.
