Dr. Paul M. Cottone is a board-certified orthodontist in Fayetteville, North Carolina. He provides braces for children and adults, as well as early intervention for young children. Dr. Cottone retired with 20 years of service from the U.S. Army in 1998. He completed orthodontic training with a Master's degree from the University of Louisville. His last four years at Ft. Bragg had a heavy concentration of surgical adult orthodontics. At Fort Bragg, Dr. Cottone served as the mentor in orthodontics for the two-year general dentistry residency program. He has received numerous military awards and citations for his dentistry.Dr. Cottone is a diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. He is also a member of the American Association of Orthodontics, American Dental Association and the Chamber of Commerce.Dr. Cottone and staff works together as a team to provide the highest quality of orthodontic care to each patient in a loving and caring manner and in a fun, happy atmosphere.
