Horrible customer service. Bought chocolate cookies from bakery bit into a fingernail, called them & they did absolutely nothing about it. Disgusted with the hole situation. Don't buy cookies from there bakery. Very unsatisfied.

I can't believe how bad this Costco is. The customer service is horrendous. Check out ding dong, made my jaw drop. If you want your skin to crawl....please go here.

The people at Costco have been very helpful each and every time I have been there. You are greeted with a smile at the door, Employees directs you to find the item you are looking for, and if they are not sure, they find out for you, and lead you to the location. Information about certain products have specialized personel there to help you. If you are there often enough, they recognize you and welcome you back, sometinmes even by name. I am exytermely pleased with thye Costco on Cottonwood Dr. in Parker, Colorado.
