Worst haircut I ever received. I have long hair and Regina who cut my hair actually cut it uneven! She left it longer and lop sided on one side than the other! On top of that, when I asked to speak to manager about this, she was rude and completely ignored me as I was talking to her! Unbelievably rude and unprofessional! I am surprised that they even hire someone as rude and incompetent as her!

They do good for adults but not children. I went there today with my two grandchildren. One is autistic and yes he is difficult to do an requires a scissor cut and was on his moms lap doing pretty good and the stylist didnt cut enough off at all . He didnt look much different from when he went in. She was told to cut more off but I guess because my grandson was screaming she choose not to. And the other grandchild is 19 months old and she used clippers on him. He was alittle scared at first but say still the whole time and she missed a few spots and daddy had to redo when he got home. She stated that she was afraid to continue in some spots because his hair was so fine and he was so little. Well if she felt this uncomfortable she should of just told us she doesnt do good with children instead of us wasting our $8.95 a piece. I will not bring them back there again.
