Top notch these guys. Stop in and you will walk out with more money that you would at Walmart. Plus Wal Mart meat is like canned cat food. This meat is buttery melt in your mouth steaks. The ground beef is full of flavor. I will be returning as long as they stay open.

Just picked up a Half of Half at Cospers, its my second visit, my first time I picked up a full half, but it lasted so long I figured I would just get a half of half this time.



When I asked the lady how much the half of half weighed (she had the packs in the back) she showed me her sheet and told me that a whole Half weighed 300 to 350 lbs. so this should be half of that which should have been 150 to 175 lbs.



I made the purchase $685 for the half of half based on 150 to 175 lbs. I get home break out my scale and to my surprise all the meat totaled 110lbs. Actually 110.4 but I'm guessing the rest was wrapping paper.



My point? Considering that includes 40lbs of ground meat not premium steaks, roasts, or sirloin cuts the savings on making such a bulk purchase is negligible unless they are going to weigh it first prior to sell.



There quality has always been top notch, but next time I have a price point to compare and I don't think it will be very hard to beat. They lost a customer today.

My husband and I love the meat and the prices are great but while browsing the store an employee walked up behind my husband and rubbed her hand over my six month old son's face with out asking or giving any indication of touching him! I was ferrous to say the least!

... then I won't be booking with them. I called today, to hire them for next year and the lady was so gruff and short that I just let them go without even booking them. She started barking prices per item and didn't seem the least bit interested in my event or in actually having me book. She actually just seemed annoyed that I was bothering her.

At Cosper's you get awesome hospitality from their staff, fresh meat, cut to your liken, all different types and flavors of sausages, meat packages, delicious smoked brisket, fantastic tasting dry rub, all at great prices, even some catering, also have a large variety of fresh produce. I would highly recommend Cosper's Country Meat Market, so go and visit them, you won't be disappointed.
