Corvallis Custom Kitchens and Baths (CCKB) is a locally owned, full service design and remodeling firm specializing in kitchen and bath design, project management and custom finish carpentry and has served the Corvallis, Albany and Philomath area for over 20 years.
Company History:
Owners Brian and Kris Egan moved to Corvallis in the early 1980s, where Brian established a flourishing construction firm. In 1992, the Egans opened the area's only kitchen and bath showroom where clients are able to view, learn about and select from the products and materials used in the remodeling process.
Early in the 1990's, Brian became a Certified Kitchen Designer! He also established a relationship with Oregon State University's Department of Design and Human Environment, a National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA) sanctioned program for aspiring Kitchen and Bath designers. Students enrolled in the program have served as CCKB interns and several have become valued employees after graduating.
In 1996, Brian added Certified Bathroom Designer to his resume. Then in 2005, after 10 years of design experience and extensive continuing education, Brian became a Certified Master Kitchen & Bath Designer!
In 2011, Brian achieved another career milestone and is now one of the select group of professionals nationwide to earn the Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS) designation, identifying him as a Professional Designer, Remodeler and Builder with the skills and knowledge necessary to remodel or modify a home to meet the unique needs of the older population, disabled owners or their visitors.
Brian is a member of and supports many community service organizations and activities and encourages his employees to do the same. One service project with far reaching benefits is the Corvallis Kiwanis Grab Bar program. As a Kiwanis member Brian established the Grab Bar Installation Program in Corvallis, Albany and Philomath. Volunteer members of the Corvallis Kiwanis Club install safety grab bars when requested.
