Expertise. I have learned many tips, tricks, and methods for dealing with troublesome computers. I am familiar with both Macs and Windows PCs. Less familiar with Linux but I’d still give it a try! I do all the work myself, and have worked on computers as far back as the Apple ][, IBM 386, and so on.

Honesty. I will recommend free software to meet your needs, rather than getting you to buy additional software. Name one big-box-store tech department that will do that! I will also make recommendations for you on other ways to speed up and secure your computer. I will also not charge excessive rates, and invoices will be explained in an easy-to-read format.
