Coral Springs Montessori enjoys a culturally diverse student body, low staff turnover and is owner operated.  Our academic day is from 9-12 for half day or 9-3 for full day but we are open from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm to provide child-care for those who need addtional hours.  Being a small school, new children are not overwhelmed by a large campus and generally adapt within a week or two.  It isn't long before they are crying at pick up because they want to stay instead of crying at drop off in the morning!

While the Montessori curriculum offers a strong academic component in language and literacy, math, geography, science, cultural lessons and lessons using the senses, we value the whole child.  Our "practical life" lessons are critical for the development of concentration, focus, fine motor skills and eye-hand coordination. We understand the importance of developing good social/emotional skills, fine and gross motor skills, respect for and care of the environment, skills and appreciation of art and music, independence, self-control and social skills.
