Manager, Randy Partch, Sexually Harasses Female Scuba Divers

If there were 0 stars available, that would be my rating for the BIG 0 of a person Randy Partch is. Randy Partch sexually harassed me during my entire trip with Coral Key. Upon my return, I contacted the owner and he didn't even bother to respond to the letter I sent him. Difficult to comprehend how Randy Partch is allowed to continue leading trips whereby 100% of the time his speech contains lewd remarks and his behavior consists of ogling the women's breasts and buttocks and untying their bikini straps. With sexual harassment as his priority, he neglects his leadership duties, hence depriving the group of enriching underwater experiences. Any woman considering traveling with this shop is welcome to email me at [email protected] to get a rundown of my horrific experience with Randy Partch. Dont just walk away from this place, RUN away!!!

These Guys get a kick out of slamming the door in your face and yelling at you come back tomorrow. I will never step foot in your place. Because you wont let folks. Drove 45 min, to get there. Web site says open to 6:30. M-F and pulls the door out of your hand at 5:15 on sat. First time to your door, and last.shame, shame shame!!!!

return policy with no exceptions

Purchased a Snapsights waterproof digital camera for around $75.00 a week ago after being assured it was simple, easy to use and took great pictures. After getting home and checking the camera out I found it was not easy to use by any means and completely impossible for me to use for many reasons. When I tried to return it I was first told they do not usually take back electronic equipment - then it was that he wasn't sure it had been underwater and used (it was very obvious it hadn't by looking at it). I assured him it hadn't been. Finally I was told he could give me an in store credit only and pointed to the fine print on the receipt which I had never noticed. Apparently with no exceptions even though I can not use the camera. So, after over 15 years of being a periodic customer it took only $75 for me to be an ex-customer of their store because of their return policy without any exceptions.

Professional AND fun!

I have gotten all my diving certs and equipment, and have gone on 4 trips with Coral Key Scuba and have always been extremely pleased!! Not only are they knowledgeable and professional, take the time in explaining everything and helping any anxiety :) but they are nice and super fun as well! I have always felt like they genuinely CARE. In fact, it is a lot because of this dive shop that I fell in love with diving!

Best shopping experience EVER!

I just can't say enough about what a great shopping experience we had with this store. My husband and I stopped in last night to get snorkeling equipment for our Cancun trip. Randy was great. His shop demonstrates what customer service should be like! First he educated us about what you want to look for when buying gear, and why what he has there is different than what you can get at Walmart. Then he took the time to fit us for everything we needed. At no time did I ever feel pressure to buy anything, unlike my experiences at most specialty shops. Randy also told us about a snorkeling class they offer, if we weren't leaving tomorrow I would have loved to take it. As we were checking out he gave us some tips of were to go and what to see. Even though it was past closing time (sorry Randy) he spent the time to make sure everything was adjusted just for us, and showed us how to take care of our new equipment. I can't wait to go down to Cancun and use my own equipment!

A L TETER

Great shop, great service, great instructors. Have gone out of their way to ensure that my equipment gets repaired under service agreement, with no hassle. Diving with them at their local lake keeps my skills sharp, and allows me to log a current local dive. When I take a dive trip, the local experience makes the divemasters on the boat more comfortable with my skills.

Coral Key Scuba & Travel

Great shop! Ron and Randy have always been upfront and honest with me, none of that cheesy dive shop attitude that I have seen so much of over the last 25 years. Prices are competitive and they will work with you on getting whatever you need.
