What a terrible experience with these people. My property management company referred them to me to remove a tree branch that fell during a storm. Got a call from Tammy assuring me someone would be out at 9am sharp the following day. I advised I was in an HOA and the sooner the better to avoid HOA penalties.

Next day, no one showed up at 9. Waited all day and made a call around 2pm to see what happened. Tammy tells me their "truck broke down" and they would be out to me the following day. Fine.... so again I waited, all day, no one showed up. I called Tammy again and got her voicemail during business hours. Advised no one had shown up again and to please call me back. Nothing...No call back.

Jump to 4 days later, still no call back or anything. I called Tammy and YET AGAIN was pushed off to later in the week. I was furious and hung up

It has been over a week of excuses from Tammy. I am waiting for the HOA violation and fine so I can forward straight to their office.
STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! IF YOUR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY REFERS THEM DEMAND SOMEONE ELSE.
