He's been out to our house twice. Once to plumb a refrigerator for a kitchen remodel and second time to hook up our new dishwasher which involved drilling through new cabinets and running a new longer line. Clean up after the job could have been improved, but overall he did good work, came the day after we called, and was lower than 2 other big name plumbers in the area. he had to buy some parts that I wasn't expecting to need and he didn't charge me extra for it.
