Good products, shady business practices by Lavinia - 11/19/2007
Scott did vehicle graphics on three of our company vehicles. When my husband ran my car through an automatic car wash last winter we asked Scott to redo our lettering at OUR cost. Not only did he completely blow me off when I had money in hand, but he never delivered the artwork files that I paid for so I could take my business elsewhere. I would weigh my decision very carefully before hiring this company. They really do outstanding work, and offer great products...but the service is questionable at best. It is almost a year later and I am still trying to get the files from him that he owes me.
