Cooks glass is a good company. Just stay clear of C&C Glass. C&C ruined my glass shower door. Not cooks. The picture of the shower door with the 1/2 gap was done by C&C Glass, not cooks. I can not edit it.

Our storm door was severely damaged in a wind storm & Cook's had someone to our house within 2 days of calling. Everyone we dealt with was very professional & courteous. They replaced the storm door & the exterior trim and I couldn't be happier. We received high quality work at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Cook's Glass & Mirror.

Poor customer service. Ordered custom glass which was damaged and the blame was put on us, the customer. Never afforded the option to pay $50.00 delivery charge or disclaimer on invoice stating their company policy. They seem to cater to commercial customers. Residential customers with small transactions are of no importance to them.. Never again ! Consumer beware !
