Do not use this company! We hired them for our wedding videographers and his has been a NIGHTMARE!!! WE PAID THEM IN FULL to complete the project. Then we find out....They ruined our second wedding DVD of the reception and not giving us a clear explanation. The customer service is HORRIBLE, we were put on the "back shelf!" We are the ones who have to constantly make phone calls to get our DVD and status on what is going on... IT HAS BEEN ALMOST ONE YEAR AND WE STILL HAVE NO FINISHED PRODUCT, and the footage of our wedding reception IS GONE, we will NEVER get it! They don't seem to be very sympathetic about this at all, THIS IS A WEDDING, moments we wanted to capture on video to cheerish for a lifetime! WARNING GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!! WE WILL NEVER HAVE THE FOOTAGE OF OUR WEDDING RECEPTION!!! THIS IS SO DISAPPOINTING!
