Rosemary Cook: Was my attorney and she lost her license to practice law in the state of Arizona**** I was unable to defend myself because she had all my legal paperwork and wouldn't give it back to me. I lost my case because of her*** She currently doesn't even have a license to practice law it was pulled by the AZ bar Association.

discrimination and wrongfull termination

I was injured at my work three times and got a sergury last year october.This injuries and sergury change my work performance,Due to my slow performance my lead person keep pushing me to work hard,watches me from time time.every little mistake I make he reports it to our supervisor.And my supervisor believed on what ever my lead person say,always put me in a hard job,But his co nationality,he never report to the supervisor if they make mistakes, my lead person fix it,or let a same nationlity fix it and let it go.So they all look good to the supervisor.And my supervisor/HR and others they let me sign a document that I never understand,they don't want to give me an interpreter.One time I told them my back and neck hurts.,But Rena at HR said that my injury was not related to my work.I told this to my friend,My friend said,Go and get a written note fron Rena stating what she said that your injury was not related to your work.So nothing happen,I just ignore the pain and buy Tylonol.
