Servicing over 200 accounts ranging from 1000 square feet to over 400,000 square feet, Contour has clients that average upwards of 10 years of contracting with the company.

Educating clients with newsletters, Contour makes sure they have appropriate expectations, and then gives them a little more than what they expect. “You can give them the moon, but they will be disappointed if they were expecting the sun,” Schoeller explains. “I always look at ways to increase our efficiency – I hate waste, whether the job is big or small, even if we’re making money on it. I would rather save the client money than have materials left over.”
