I wish to thank all the employees at Containers Direct Tile & Stone for all of there help. I have purchased 3 separate granite counter tops all have been an exceptional value. Because the cost has been so reasonable I now want to change the rest of bathroom counter tops. I recommend shopping here. Thanks again, Dave Johnson.

My husband and I had an incredibly positive experience with this company. We were treated well by a professional and knowledgeable associate. We asked numerous questions about porcelain tile, marble and granite pros and cons and were able to obtain about 1200 sq ft of vein cut San Michel 1'x2' with amazing results in our home. Futher, we made marble bathroom countertop selections for 3 bathrooms. 2 with Casper White and 1 with Carrera, and were stunned with incredibly gorgeous results. The granite we selected for our kitchen was very fragile as it had numerous crystals, though the aesthetic appearance far outweighed the risk as it is absolutely spectacular! We also had a marble and white 1x2" which came in standard 1'x1' sheets of Nero classic backsplash which proved to be an outstanding choice to tie our knotty alder cabinets with the antico blanco granite. Our kitchen and bathrooms are exquisite as the complements are pouring in with an abundance of oohs and awes. Costs of materials were overwhelmingly affordable and we were beyond pleased with what our budget afforded us. We had made some changes from our initial choices and had no trouble being refunded the difference. We have and will continue to refer friends and family to Containers Direct!

They have the biggest selection of tile and stone and the best prices great environment and works with great people go down and look at it. The stone and tile comes from out of the country and its really great qulity product.

This operation was a total nightmare to deal with! If you think putting up with poor service is worth it to get a lower price, this company will convince you that is not the case. We ordered tile and they told us it would take 7-10 business days to arrive. After 10 business days we started calling. They never returned our calls. When we did get a hold of the lady at the front desk, she said she still didn't know when it would arrive. she wouldn't look up the order, she wouldn't inquire from the source or look up a tracking number, she just said she didn't know. When we pressed her and said we would come down to speak to the owner to find out more (because she wouldn't put the owner on the phone for us) she told us not to and told us the tile would be in the following tuesday (about 4 more business days). When we showed up on Tuesday, she told us she had cancelled the order because she "hadn't heard back from us" even though she had never asked us a question. And though she cancelled the order, she still hadn't refunded our money for the order on our credit card, she had just cancelled the order. Now she said it would take another '7-10 days' to get the tile if we reordered. The front desk lady is an absolute nightmare! DO NOT waste your time with these guys.

This is store has a wide variety of selections on premium tiles and stones. The prices are also very reasonable. The worker was very helpful and knowledgeable about the various tiles I was seeking. Their customer service is 5 stars!

I've recently purchased granite counter top from these people and the service was exceptional. They helped me through various of counter tops and they even gave and nice advises to select the one that suits my kitchen. And the quality of the product was amazing. I am really happy with this company and want to work them again.

I've done many business with this store and they were always great to work with. They are professional and they always answered my questions professionally. And you can find many polite and considerate people in the stone industry and but whenever I call them, they are always so kind helping me.

This store has best prices and best selection, specially in Natural stone like marble, limestone and travertine and their porcelain selection is huge too... Closeouts showroom is very attractive with price and selection (like granite countertop blowouts) ... You wont regret...

They have pretty good prices and cause they are not so big , you can get best deals...They mostly have natural stone and almost all of their travertine is from turkey. Installers tell that it is better than mexican one. They can find any stone you wanna, due to their second Anaheim Location. Just check those guys out...
