Boo on Consumer Electronic Service Center - They deserve zero stars by Tori - 11/30/2009I took my VCR to them, under warranty, because it was acting up. They "fixed" it... but within a month it was doing the same thing again. I tried to take it back for them, but because the warranty had just expired, they refused to work on it again. I still have the VCR and it still doesn't work right and it is annoying every time I use it. They didn't care about me as a customer or about the service they provided. I wouldn't take them anything for any type of repair. I even just now called the service manager to tell him I am writing this review and all he said was, "Thanks for calling. Have a good day." My review: Boo!
