    Construction Bible

This is an original Las Vegas family owned company who cares about the construction industry. They have updated their web site, their people are very knowledgeable about Southern Nevada Projects and they are on top of what's being build in Las Vegas.

    Love the new website

Love the new website. Much easier to navigate and view plans. No compatibility issues. You can click on the project details and see the documents available and a map to the job site. Look forward to the training classes coming up February 2016.

    Great Company

Construction Notebook is useful for all of my needs in getting plans and specs for jobs both public and private. The legals section is useful for finding data about permits issued throughout Clark county.

Not what is used to be

The dynamic of this company has changed in the past few years. Information is taking longer than ever to get placed online. Most times I can go directly to the owners myself and get the information faster. Something needs to change, not sure I'll send in my next renewal...

    Great Source for Information

The information available through Construction Notebook is accurate and current. Our company uses it on a regular basis and have found and gotten many jobs from this source. We have been a member since 1995 and will continue to subscribe.

    Self Employed

I find the staff knowledgeable and friendly. The employees where able to answer my questions in a professional manner. Once I attended the online training class I was able to utilize the website in areas I did not know about. This is a great tool to use for job leads as a general or subcontractor. It showed me how accounting could use the legal’s to see who has pulling permits, business licenses, notice of completion, mechanic liens, bankruptcies and contractors board. The printed book gives me upcoming events and classes which make for networking opportunities and continued learning.

    Most personal in Las Vegas

This company has been around for so long, it's amazing how well they've been prevailing through this recession. If you're a contractor in Nevada, this is definitely the best resource for construction leads. Instead of having a drop in projects, they've actually expanded and had more to look at through these difficult times. The ladies in the office are great and the technical support is on-key. You can go into their large plan-room and feel as comfortable as home while you have the space to do your take-offs. I highly recommend you stop in and see what they have to offer.

    Great Find

Wow, I can't believe the last review. I found the people at the Notebook extremely professional and courteous. They had piles of information about construction and jobs that were bidding. The staff was very helpful. The office looked very organized. I think it is a great value and will benefit anyone who subscribes.

    Construction Notebook Unprofessional

My associate and I were scouting for Las Vegas plan rooms and visited Construction Notebook. Our first impression is that they have a great need for housekeeping. The office was askew with papers, piles and piles of them in disarray and chit-chatting employees talking about personal matters. The manager of the office, Robin, was abrupt with our questions and made us feel that we were an imposition rather than a potential member. This is a small 'mom & pop' operation worthy of expired reference material and over priced membership fees. Several of their members entered into this establishment without acknowledgement from any of the employees. During our review of their magazine, it appears that they are a company of titles. Perhaps a more realistic approach is needed. Our decision to not become members of Construction Notebook is noted. Not only are they unprofessional, they are probably not what they appear to be. I find it hard to believe that they are 1500 members strong.
