AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!! Doesn't Listen, DOESN'T KNOW!!!! by syko - 09/15/2008I took my laptop in and explained my problem and asked him to remove the drive and replace it and reinstall windows. 2 hours later he calls me back and sasys that he's been working on reinstalling windows but that he will need to remove my HD and replace it and reinstall from there. I told him that was what I wanted in the first place and he said he hadn't listened!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
