Ross is great! by April - 05/30/2009The power connection on my laptop had broken and I had taken it to several big box stores only to be told that I needed to either get a new motherboard or a new laptop. I took my laptop to Ross and he fixed the power adaptor! He was very reasonably priced and the work was done when promised.
Ross is truly a king by Saratoga - 05/24/2009Ross spent several hours cleaning my computer which had incurred many, many problems. Even though he worked seven and a half hours he was exceptionally fair in his charges. Finally, he set up a self cleaning maintenance program and offers help when needed. I have recommended Ross in my community and will continue to.
